SpaceX, Musk’s aerospace company, was found to have discharged industrial wastewater at its launch facility in Texas without a permit, violating the Clean Water Act. The Boring Co., Tesla, and now xAI have all been cited for environmental infractions, indicating a pattern of behavior across Musk’s ventures.
In response to the accusations, xAI should take immediate steps to address the concerns raised by environmental and health advocates.
